The Spain left-back was interesting Lazio this week, but Atletico are now making a move.

Atletico have made their approach to Spurs as they field an offer from Nottingham Forest for Renan Lodi.

Should Lodi depart, Reguilon will arrive as his replacement.

Lazio remain keen, but are now a fallback option if Forest fail to reach a deal for Lodi.
