Atletico Madrid fullback Trippier keen on Man Utd move; house-hunting in Northwest

Atletico Madrid fullback Kieran Trippier is preparing to return to England, it has been revealed.

The Mirror says Trippier is already house hunting as a move back to the Premier League edges closer.

Manchester United are ready to ramp up their efforts to sign the Atletico Madrid star in the summer transfer window.

It follows two successful years in La Liga, where he has helped Diego Simeone's side win the league this season ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Trippier was even named in the Liga Team of the Year after a campaign that saw him make 28 appearances, grabbing six assists along the way too.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on bringing in some competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is the only senior right-back at the club.

A deal could cost United just £10m with The Athletic reporting that all parties are keen on a deal to go ahead.

Trippier wants to return to the Premier League despite just winning La Liga and is already looking for houses in the area.
