Atletico Madrid defender Mario Hermoso sees tonight's clash with Celtic as a must-win.

Hermoso says the players are "obligated" to win this Champions League clash.

He said, "We already know what this competition requires, the matches are very demanding and it is no coincidence that the teams are here.

"At home we will suffer, but with the desire and mentality we have, thanks also to our people, we can win. For us, doing a good job is a responsibility and we take it on. We know what we went through last season and we want the people to see Atletico competing in important matches.

"They are a team that plays with a lot of intensity and verticality, we will have to take that into account. Sometimes the approach determines the matches."

He added, "Contract expiring? I don't think about it, I'm more worried about continuing to have minutes and that the team grows, you demonstrate that you want to take a step forward both at a national and European level. This is what goes through my mind."
