Atletico Madrid are in contact with the camp of Arsenal attacker Lukas Podolski.
El Mundo Deportivo says Atletico have probed the ground for the Germany international, who could struggle to find a way back into Arsenal's first team once he is fully fit.
Borussia Dortmund are also interested in Podolski as a replacement for the wantaway Robert Lewandowski.
