Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone says they paid for a lack of aggression in their Copa del Rey semifinal defeat at Athletic Bilbao.

Atletico were hammered 3-0 at San Mames last night.

Simeone said: "In the end, having won at the Metropolitano 1-0 when we had chances to generate another result speaks very well of the rival. Today losing 3-0 as well. But there are nuances.
