The Denmark international is a key target for Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid this summer.

Per The Mail, Spurs and Atleti are in talks and could soon agree on a fee for Hojberg.

If he is sold, Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou will want an immediate replacement for his squad.

The two players being mentioned are Premier League stars Conor Gallagher and Douglas Luiz.

Another option would be Celta Vigo youngster Gabri Veiga, as he would likely cost a lot less.
