Atletico Madrid captain Koke urged calm after their Copa del Rey semifinal first-leg defeat to Athletic Bilbao.
Alex Berenguer's penalty sees Athletic take a 1-0 lead back to Bilbao.
Koke said: "When you don't win a game and especially a semi-final at home, it's annoying. We know that if we compete like today we can turn the result around. We know it's difficult.
"It's annoying not being able to win the game, we all make mistakes and miss chances. We came to win and it couldn't be, that's what's annoying.
"The more you attack, the more you expose yourself. A few years ago we played in a lower block, but the team has a great proposal to play. It is true that many people asked us to take a step forward and when we do, these things happen, but there is nothing to blame the team for. We must correct these small details.
"They have the tie in their favour, they are winning, but we have to go to win, on the attack but without neglecting ourselves behind. As we have finished the game, it is the best offensive version. We can improve by scoring goals, the ball did not want to go in."
