Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins credits manager Unai Emery for his success this season.
Watkins struck again for their 2-0 win against Nottingham Forest yesterday.
He said, "I think it shows that I've developed a lot, I've worked a lot on my finishing. I've worked hard for these moments. I don't think I'd do that finish at the start of the season or maybe last season, dinking the keeper. I'd maybe have tried to go low and it may get saved. I've worked a lot on a variety of finishes and I'm happy to be scoring.
On the impact Emery has had, Watkins added: "I think telling me to be patient. We do a lot of debriefs after the game and he's very detailed. Just taking information in, working on the training pitch and being patient. I know my teammates are going to get the ball and look for me. It's about being in the right areas and doing my bit, which is about trying to score."
