Aston Villa are ready to make Jack Grealish the club's highest paid player to ward off summer interest.
The English giants avoided relegation, which means they have a chance of keeping Grealish.
And The Sun says Grealish could be convinced to renew his contract at Villa, with a £100,000-a-week wage being dangled in front of him.
It would be a significant increase for the 24-year-old, who is currently on £70,000-a-week.
There is interest in the player from Manchester United, but Villa have set a massive price tag to ward off suitors this window.
The club want him to stay for at least another season to see if they cannot progress further up the Premier League table.
