Aston Villa hero Ahmed Elmohamady has welcomed the arrival of Nicolo Zaniolo.

Zaniolo joined Villa last month from Galatasaray.

Elmohamady has already been impressed by the Italy attacker and believes he can make an impact in the Europa Conference League.

The Egyptian told TMW: "He's a great player.

"He is an Italian international with great experience. He is a great addition to the team.

“He started well in the Premier League. He also has experience in this competition, he is a player who can also help us in Europe."
