Aston Villa are closing on a deal for Red Star Belgrade fullback Kosta Nedeljkovic.

The 18 year-old is on the brink of signing for Villa, reports transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The transfer will not be completed until the summer and Nedeljkovic will finish the season with his home club.

According to Romano, the Villans will pay a transfer fee of around €9m.

The Serbia U19 international is under contract in Belgrade until 2027. In the current season, Nedeljkovic is already a regular at Red Star despite his young age.
