Aston Villa attacker Leon Bailey admits he struggles with the state of Jamaica's national team.
Bailey slammed the conditions on the 'Let's be honest' podcast.
He said, "Playing for the Jamaican national team is not professional at all. You will receive your flight details at 11pm. I can't remember the last time I received a dollar from the Jamaican national team. When I say unprofessional, I mean that when you are there you don't have any adequate sports equipment.
"You go there, you enter the sports centre and at most they give you a shirt. Then you get to a game and you're forced to wear a women's shirt. It's ridiculous. Every time I'm there, I realise that it's as if they don't know how to behave, I feel exposed.
"Anyone can put a camera in my face."
