Andros Townsend is caught in a bidding war between Aston Villa and Sunderland after Tottenham Hotspur priced the winger at £15million.
Despite Townsend's hope to secure his place in the Tottenham first team, the 23-year-old England international is in demand by both Villa and the Black Cats and may not stay with the North London side, as Mauricio Pochettino restructures his squad.
The spurs no.17 made just 17 league appearances for the side last term, but is still in Roy Hodgson's plans for the England team, after he scored three goals and made nine appearances for the Three Lions in the past 18 months.
