Mikel Arteta was hurting "big time" after Arsenal were knocked out of the Europa League by Olympiacos.

The Gunners conceded in the last-minute of extra time to lose on away goals with the scores tied at 2-2.

"It hurts big time," said Arteta.

"We had a lot of hope but if you concede two set pieces like this you put yourselves in big trouble.

"It's a difficult one to digest but this is football and you have to be able handle that"
