Jon Toral arrived in Glasgow on Tuesday evening to complete his loan move to Rangers.

The Arsenal attacking midfielder was recalled from his loan stint with Granada CF and has immediately travelled to Scotland to undergo a medical with 'Gers.

Toral, 21, managed only six appearances in his homeland with El Graná which prompted Arsene Wenger to cut short his time at Los Cármenes, and it now appears as though he will spend the remainder of the season at Ibrox.

Mark Warburton has already completed a temporary deal for AFC Bournemouth midfielder Emerson Hyndman this week and now Toral will be added to the Rangers squad as they chase tearaway leaders Celtic in the Scottish Premiership.
