Chelsea's £75 million valuation of attacker Kai Havertz is impeding a possible transfer.
The German international was previously linked to Real Madrid, who moved away from a transfer.
Per the Evening Standard, Arsenal are the latest team to show some interest in Havertz.
While the Gunners admire the attacking midfielder and believe he would be a good addition, they are not willing to pay a mega fee.
Havertz does still have two years to run on his contract, which gives Chelsea leverage in negotiations.
However, he is coming off an extremely poor season, and no club in Europe would pay an exorbitant fee for a player who is on £250,000 a week.
