Newcastle United are still to hear from Jose Enrique about his intentions.
The Sunday Sun says reports on Saturday claimed Enrique had opened negotiations with Arsenal, but he is yet to tell Newcastle what his intentions are for next season.
The left-back has a year left on his current deal.
Toon boss Alan Pardew admits he expects Enrique to be sold this summer.
