Arsenal reserves coach Banfield: Norwich good move for Lansbury

Arsenal reserves coach Neil Banfield is happy to see Henri Lansbury move on-loan to Norwich City.

The 21-year-old follows in the footsteps of Kieran Gibbs, who spent the second half of the 2007/08 season at Carrow Road, and the Reserve team manager feels Norwich's footballing principles will suit Lansbury down to the ground.

"He went to see the manager and he felt like it was time to go," Banfield told Arsenal.com. "He felt for his progression it was time to go.

"He will go to Norwich, a really good club, and I'm sure he will do well. I think in the Championship now and even [League Two leaders] Brighton - they all move the ball around."
