Arsenal reassess stance on Aubameyang after stripped captaincy

Arsenal are ready to listen to offers for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this coming transfer window.

According to ESPN, the Gunners are prepared to sell their recently deposed captain, even in a cut price deal.

Aubameyang lost his captaincy after a disciplinary issue and resulting fall-out with manager Mikel Arteta.

With the team performing well in his absence, Arsenal may be ready to cash in on the 32-year-old.

The one issue with any proposed deal is Aubameyang's £250,000-a-week wage.

Barcelona and Juventus have both been linked with the Gabon international.
