Arsenal are refusing to meet Swansea City's £10million fee for defender Ashley Williams.
The Gunners are keen to bring the Welsh centre-back to the Emirates Stadium but the Swans want the aforementioned price in return for his services.
The Daily Mail suggests that Arsenal do not want to pay that amount for Williams who could still stay at the Liberty Stadium this summer.
