Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi says he's full of pride making the move to Olympique Marseille.

Guendouzi has joined OM on a season-long loan with the option to sign permanently.

He stated: “It is a great pride to be at OM. I am very happy to be here, very happy to be in a big club, a big historic club such as Olympique de Marseille. I have come here to achieve great things with this wonderful project and these wonderful people who are around the club, with a great team.

"I came here to win things. I am very happy to be at Olympique de Marseille today."

He continued: “Olympique de Marseille is one of the biggest European clubs. We know that very well. He has already won the Champions League. It's not easy for everyone. There are many who would love to have it. It is a great pride to be here and I will represent the colors of the club as well as possible.

"I will always fight for this jersey, these fans, this club. I am truly convinced that we are going to do very beautiful and very great things here."
