Arsenal are prioritising a move for West Ham United captain Declan Rice.
Arsenal have made West Ham midfielder Rice their top target for the summer transfer window, says The Times.
The England international is expected to leave the Hammers at the end of the season having refused to pen a new deal at the club last year.
Chelsea and Manchester United have shown a strong interest in Rice previously and it would be no surprise to see either side put a concrete offer on the table in the summer, knowing that the player's contract expires in 2024.
West Ham can activate a one-year clause in his contract.
