Moussa Sissoko has emerged on the radar of both Chelsea and Liverpool, according to reports.
Its is believed that the Blues and Reds are both showing considerable interest in the French midfielder who is looking to leave relegated Newcastle United this summer.
Sissoko, 26, has made no secret of his desire to play for a Champions League club and has also revealed that he would love to play for Arsenal.
However, if the Gunners want to sign the France international in the current transfer window, there is likely to be competition from Chelsea and Liverpool, as well as Bundesliga club Hamburg, who have already lodged a £9.5million bid.
The Sunderland Echo is of the belief that Magpies boss Rafa Benitez will hold talks with £20mi-rated Sissoko after Euro2016, where he is currently with Didier Deschamps' Les Bleus squad, in a bid to keep him at St James' Park for the 2016/17 Championship campaign.
