Arsenal defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos is ready to sign with Napoli.

Corriere del Mezzogiorno says Sokratis 'already has an agreement', though needs Kalidou Koulibaly to depart with Manchester City keen on the Senegalese ace.

It's added that Sokratis would sign a two-year deal at Napoli with the option of a third though Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is not expecting any more space to be made in his squad just yet.

Sokratis has been linked with a move away from the Gunners all summer with Arteta having strengthened his defence with the signing of Gabriel.
