Arsenal are closing on a deal for Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi.

AS says the Gunners are close to an agreement with La Real for Zubimendi.

The youngster has been a long-term target for Arsenal chief Edu.

Zubimendi, 24, has won four Spain caps.

Any deal, however, is likely to involve Zubimendi remaining in San Sebastian for the rest of the season.
