Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed they've blocked Danny Welbeck from leaving this month.

Welbeck is a target for Besiktas after they lost Cenk Tosun to Everton.

When asked whether he would consider loaning Welbeck out, Wenger replied: “I want Danny to stay here."

Meanwhile, Olivier Giroud could head to Borussia Dortmund as part of the deal to bring Pierre Emerick Aubameyang to north London.

And this morning Wenger has not ruled out the Frenchman moving on as he knows his compatriot needs game time ahead of this summer's World Cup.
