Arsenal's board is giving manager Arsene Wenger the green light to spend up to £30 million this summer.

Apart from handing Wenger a new £11 million, three-year contract, the Gunners board has also been promised a £30 million transfer warchest, says The Sun.

All the £21.5m raised from the sales of Henry, Fabrice Muamba and Jeremie Aliadiere will be in the pot, plus £8.5m more from the new TV deal.
