Arsenal and Werder Bremen have entered a Twitter battle over Serge Gnabry.
The Sun reports Gnabry – signed by the Bundesliga club over the summer – scored three on his national team debut in a simple 8-0 win over San Marino.
Bremen, who spent £5million on Gnabry, hit out at Arsenal.
They included Arsenal in a Tweet that pointed out Gnabry's impressive night.
The winger, 21, also has four goals and an assist in nine matches for the club this season – although Bremen are 16th in the table.
But the Gunners got the last laugh, tweeting a picture of Ray Parlour celebrating victory over Werder.
They wrote the caption: “On the subject of hat-tricks, remember this?"
