Anzhi are lining up a bid for Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul this week.
The Frenchman is in the final stages of recovery from long-term injury and is a target for Anzhi coach Guus Hiddink with the Russian transfer window still open.
Hiddink wants Kaboul as a replacement for Christopher Samba, now of QPR, and French sources say a bid of €11.5 million will be enough to convince Spurs to sell.
