Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti rates Juventus as title favourites.
Ancelotti offered his predictions on the opening weekend of the season.
"All the big teams will suffer at the start, especially after a World Cup campaign," warned Ancelotti.
"Juventus are still in front of the others and are the favourites, especially as the squad seems to have been strengthened. Evra is a top level player and Morata will certainly do well in Italy.
"Roma are also strong, despite selling Benatia. Iturbe is talented, so is Manolas, the centre-back they signed to replace Benatia. Plus they brought in Ashley Cole, who remains a top level player.
"I think the surprise will be Fiorentina, as they maintained their basic structure and improved upon it, while they already had a good season despite all the injuries.
"I hope Milan can surprise too. They are working hard to get back in shape by investing in youth and mixing them with experienced players. Of course, that takes time."
