Carlo Ancelotti believes that Manchester City will be a dominant force in the Champions League with Pep Guardiola in charge.
Guardiola will take charge of City in the summer while Ancelotti will step into his shoes at Bayern Munich.
Regarding the Spaniard's move to the Etihad Stadium, Ancelotti suggests that perhaps City will start to really vindicate the City Football Group's investment by becoming a top team in Europe's elite club competition.
The Italian told Goal.com in a live Facebook Q&A session: "Behind Manchester City there is a group that provide a lot of money.
"They will become more of a dominant force in the Champions League and they have a new manager and more investment."
