Almeria striker Alvaro Negredo is calm over growing interest from the Premiership.

Fulham attempted to sign the former Real Madrid Castilla star in January and Manchester City are also keen. His success with Almeria this season is expected to see him sold in the summer.

"It is true there was an offer," said Negredo. "But I told them that I wouldn't leave until the end of the season. Almeria is very important to me and I owe a lot to the fans."
