Almeria midfielder Arnau Puigmal feels he can build on the first-half of the season.

The former Manchester United starlet is enjoying his first Primera Division campaign.

Puigmal said, "Throughout my short career I have played in different positions. Personally, I like to play more on the inside, be it an insider or a playmaker. But if the coach needs me on the outside, I'm willing to do anything to help the team.

"I'd now like to score my first goal."

Almeria meet Real Sociedad this weekend and Puigmal added: "It is a very strong team, which is always in the upper-middle zone of the table to qualify for Europe. They are strong, but we at home have our weapons, we are very well and we are going to compete as we always do."
