Al Sadd coach Xavi will touch down in Barcelona today.

Amid speculation that he is set to replace Ronald Koeman as Barcelona coach this summer, Xavi will be back in the city today.

Mundo Deportivo says Xavi is returning for his summer break, though it's suggested he will enter talks with Barca president Joan Laporta in the coming days.

Koeman is facing dismissal at Barca after defeat to Celta Vigo on Sunday.

Xavi signed a new two-year deal with Al Sadd last week and while it doesn't carry a Barca break option, it's understood his Qatari club won't block him from returning to the Blaugrana if he is offered the job.
