Al-Nassr coach Luis Castro responds to wobbler from ex-Liverpool star Mane: He has right to be angry

Al-Nassr coach Luis Castro accepts Sadio Mane was furious being hooked during their 2-2 draw with Abha last night.

The former Liverpool striker threw a strop when taken off by Castro, refusing to acknowledge his replacement.

However, Mane did shake hands with Castro as he made his way to the bench.

The Portuguese coach later said: "Some people have to realise that Al Nassr has 27 players, not just 10, so it's natural for me to make substitutions. Football needs changes and I bear responsibility for this negative result. Mané? He has the right to be angry, that's normal in football.

"I am responsible for the loss of the two points, only me, not the players, the substitutes or anyone else. I put Ghareeb, who is an international player, and [Seko] Fofana. The press praised the deal when we signed him and he is also an international player. That's why these were the players who replaced Sadio [Mané] and Brozovic"
