Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake believes that the Cherries are defending much better over the past few games.

Following a tough start to the season, Bournemouth's improved performances in defence have led to their revival during recent matches.

And Ake believes that the Cherries are doing all they can in order to protect their goal.

He told the Daily Echo: "I think we are defending much better. We are trying to block everything and we are throwing ourselves in front of goal."
