AIK defender Erick Otieno is delighted knowing he's attracting Premier League interest.

Against Hammarby last weekend, Otieno was watched by scouts from Manchester City, Leicester City and Brighton.

The Kenya international told Fotbolldirekt.se: "I did not know it in advance. For me ... it gives me motivation to keep working hard. For work is what attracts them, one who works hard and does good things.

"This is the first I hear about foreign clubs. Maybe there was something, but in that case I have not heard of it.

"For me, it makes no difference. It's part of football. There are scouts everywhere. Even if you play in Division 1, Division 2, there are scouts there as well."
