The management team of Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie has denied he wants to leave.

Kessie has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia by local reporter Gerard Romero.

But his management team responded in a statement: "Dear Gerard Romero. For the umpteenth time, unfounded news has been published about one of our clients.

"Despite ourselves, we inform those who follow us and above all those who follow you that you have never once given exact information regarding Kessie.

“Ethically we find that it's a totally wrong way of doing one's job. So please stop publishing unsubstantiated and misleading information presented as news regarding our client."
