Portsmouth are in talks with Tottenham for defender Younes Kaboul.

"The two clubs are discussing a move and are trying to find an agreement," Rudy Raba told Sky Sports.

"Younes wants to go and he would like to join Harry Redknapp.

"He likes him as a manager and he wants to play football on a regular basis.

"We just hope a deal can be agreed between both clubs so Younes can move on."
