Barcelona star Franck Kessie's agent has poured cold water on rumors linking him with a move away from the club.

The Ivory Coast midfielder arrived at Barca a year ago on a free transfer from AC Milan.

However, Kessie has been a bit part player under coach Xavi this season, with Barca winning La Liga.

AS in Spain stated that Kessie was one of the first who would be sold this summer by Barca.

However, the player's agent has deemed the story as “fake news" and believes his client will remain at the Catalan club.

Kessie has been linked to clubs such as Internazionale and Liverpool in recent months.
