The agent of Juventus defender Radu Dragusin says he's happy on-loan at Sampdoria.

The Romania international is currently impressing wit Samp this season.

Florin Manea told TuttoJuve: "He will become a champion. There are players who would not give up their day off, Radu on the contrary is only worried about playing well. Since he was in Genoa he only thinks about training and improving, he behaves like a professional. He has a culture of work, he is aware that he is not (Lionel) Messi or (Cristiano) Ronaldo and that his talent needs work to emerge. His sacrifices will pay off.

"He chose to play for Juventus, in the summer he accepted the possibility of finding another team in order to gain experience. Maybe in the summer he can return as third or fourth option, but the goal in a year and a half is to become one of the two central holders.

"There will be a lot of work to do, it won't be easy. I always tell him that he is indebted to the club and the Dorian supporters, because they offered him a place where he could grow."
