Manchester United's head of academy Nicky Butt admits he is delighted with the way some of the club's youngsters are developing.
The likes of Marcus Rashford, Guillermo Varela, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, Donald Love and Timothy Fosu-Mensah have all featured this season as Louis van Gaal has dealt with a high number of injuries to senior players.
Regarding the evolution of the Red Devils starlets, Butt said there was plenty to be excited about at Carrington.
"It's massive for the club to have players coming through the Academy. A lot of them have done unbelievably well to get to there," Butt said.
"Maybe it's come from necessity rather than right timing with obviously a lot of injuries that the first-team had, the horrific injuries that we've had.
"But when they've all came on they've come on and done really well."
