AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud insists they're capable of winning silverware this season.
Giroud scored twice from the spot for Saturday's 4-1 defeat of Torino.
He later said: "Today I was lucky to have two penalties available, but it's never easy to score them.
"My team-mates did a great job in the box, we could have scored more goals but I'm happy like this. This Milan wants to do like two years ago, we hope to fight to the end to win the Scudetto: we don't want to hide, there are 5-6 teams that can fight for the title.
"We are only at the beginning, but we are confident. We want to do well both in the league and in the Champions League, we have at least two or three players for each position and there's excellent competition that leads to raising the level.
"A deputy Giroud? I'm not the manager, this is a great group and I think we're fine like this: I don't know if there's a need for another player."
