AC Milan are resigning themselves to losing Gerard Deulofeu at the end of this season.
The Spain international has been a revelation since his January arrival on-loan from Everton.
Milan would like to buy Deulofeu outright, though Barcelona have first refusal on the midfielder and have confirmed plans to trigger the option.
However, that all depends on Everton selling - and Blues boss Ronald Koeman is now seriously considering keeping hold of Deulofeu for next season.
For their part, Milan are resigned to losing the winger and have already identified a replacement in the form of Atalanta attacker Alejandro Dario Gomez.
