AC Milan will turn to the Premier League should Stefano Pioli depart.

Pioli's position at Milan is in doubt as the defending champions struggle to snap a form slump.

La Repubblica says Tottenham manager Antonio Conte and Roberto De Zerbi, of Brighton, top Milan's shortlist.

Conte earns about €17m-a-year at Tottenham. De Zerbi recently signed a four-year deal with Brighton worth €5m a year and a release clause of €13m.

Earlier it was reported that Milan could sack Pioli if the situation at the club does not change.

In the last five matches of Serie A, the Rossoneri have suffered three defeats. AC Milan are in 6th place in the Italian Championship standings.
