AC Milan are closing on a deal for Polish youngster Kamil Piatkowski.

Piatkowski is tied to Raków Częstochowa and is the subject of an approach from AC Milan. The prospect can leave for €5m.

TVP Sport journalist Kacper Tomczyk report Milan are in pole position in the race for the young Polish talent.

The Rossoneri would seek to buy Piatkowski now but loan him back to Raków Częstochow for the remainder of the season.

The defender is also interesting Sassuolo, Udinese and Fiorentina.
