AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani insists Ricardo Oliveira was no San Siro flop.

The Brazilian has joined Real Zaragoza on-loan for the new season and Galliani said: "I wouldn't be that negative about the player, he was requested by four different Spanish clubs and that means that his true value is not under discussion.

"We loaned him out in order for him to prove what he can really do - next year we will see."
