AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani has declared sacked Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti a "legend".

Ancelotti was in Madrid yesterday.

"Ancelotti is a Milan legend," the director said.

"I'm in Spain for tourism, maybe I'll stay until September and visit other cities like Seville [Milan have been linked with Sevilla Coach Unai Emery].

"Will I speak with Ancelotti? I don't know, Italian phones don't work in Spain. We have a great relationship with Real [Madrid] and [President Florentino] Perez.

"Ancelotti or Emery? I'm not answering that, I have great friends at Real."
