Aston Villa and Brighton are clear to play in UEFA competitions this season.
AC Milan are also clear to compete after all three clubs restructured partner clubs.
Villa's owners have a stake in VitoriaGuimaraes, with both clubs in the Europa Conference League. Brighton owner Tony Bloom is involved with Union Saint-Gilloise, with Seagulls in the Europa League and USG in the Champions League.
Milan and Toulouse are majority owned by RedBird Capital Partners. Milan are in the Champions League, while Toulouse will not be in European competition.
Uefa made its decision after investigating a "potential conflict with the multi-club ownership rule".
In its ruling, UEFA said the changes made means "no club, either directly or indirectly, holds or deals in securities or shares of any other club participating in a Uefa club competition".
It added that "no-one has control or decisive influence over more than one club in a Uefa club competition".
