Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola fears they'll lose their stars without Champions League football.
The former Chelsea favourite fears they could miss out on potential targets, as well as lose current star names without Champions League football on offer.
He told BBC's World Football Show: "It could be an advantage because obviously there won't be too much pressure on him. It will allow him to work and to have the supporters behind him so I don't see it as a problem.
"The problem might be maybe in trying to bring in big players, because obviously for the big players playing in the Champions League is a big issue, so this is the biggest problem I think I might see Chelsea facing.
"Also, the big players they have now in the team, they might want to leave to play in the competition. That could be the risk."
